Fresh Off the Carpet: What DVF, Tory Burch, Tom Ford and More Wore

Designers don’t just hide behind the scenes dressing Hollywood royalty!  Check out pics of them getting in on the action from the carpet at the annual Vanity Fair Oscar After-Party.  And it wouldn’t be Haute Giving if I didn’t let you know the charities and causes they support.

Zac Posen and Naomi Campbell

Posen has focused his philanthropic attention on arts and education organizations, including TeachersCount and the Metropolitan Opera; another passion is New Yorkers for Children

Vera Wang

Last year, the former competitive figure skater (who knew?!) was honored by Figure Skating in Harlem at its annual Skating with the Stars event. Wang skated at the event that benefited the non-profit which provides girls with skating and educational opportunities to help build their self-worth.

During her Fall 2013 RTW show she auctioned off two tickets to her runway show.  Proceeds from the auction went to The Promise Project, a non-profit dedicated to helping under-served children with learning disabilities get the support they need to learn.
